What types of clients does Stotts Creative work with?
We work with small businesses and brands in various niches such as health and wellness, beauty, real estate, e-commerce, coaching, service industry, consulting, financial services, etc. Those interested in working with us can check out our services page for additional information.
What are your contract, fee, and payment terms?
Deposits: For the projects that require deposits, such as web design, we usually require 1/2 of the total project fees upfront and the other 1/2 upon completion.
Late Fees: Invoices are to be paid within 1-2 business days of it being sent to the client. If for any reason the invoice has not been paid after five days, our late fee will be applied. The late fee is currently a $20 fee.
Cancellation Policy: As written in our contracts, any of our retainer-based plans are to be canceled at least two weeks before the next billing period.
Do you have a customer portal?
Yes! We use Honeybook’s customer portal to make sure that your contract, files, invoices, and communication are all in one place. Access to the portal is granted after our consultation call.
Will you work with small business owners and entrepreneurs that do not reside in Texas?
Of course! Since 2018, Stotts Creative has provided services to clients located all over the United States, such as California, Georgia, Florida, and Arizona. The only service that is currently limited by location is content creation - specifically packages that require us to take photos or videos. Should you like us to travel for such services, the client is responsible for any associated travel fees.
Will social media services work for my business?
Yes! Social media is an essential tool for any brand and small business to use. With platforms like Facebook and Instagram, you can connect with your ideal target audience which will help create personalized experiences for both clients AND potential buyers alike! Our team of social media marketing specialists will do it all for you! We create the content, schedule and post it!
How long will it take to build my website?
Depending on your web design needs, our team typically delivers a responsive design within 3-5 weeks. If you need a site before our typical timeline, there are added costs required for us to expedite the build process. We will always provide updates and keep close communication. If we finish your project earlier, you will be the first to know!
Are there any added costs to launching my website?
Having a website live on the internet comes with some necessary costs that are not included in our pricing. Depending on the platform you chose, here are the associated costs:
Squarespace: Squarespace Plan & Hosting ($20-$40/month with annual options available) / Domain Address ($20) / * Calendar Booking ( if applicable )
WordPress: Domain / Hosting (Varies) / Email / Some Plugins
Shopify: Domain / Hosting ($30)
Can you set up my social media accounts?
If you do not yet have an active presence on a specific social media platform, we can help set up the account(s) for an additional fee. We can also help create local listing profiles, such as Thumbtack, for a one-time fee.
Why would I want Stotts Creative to do social media for me?
Social media takes time and an effective presence takes research and planning! Many business owners simply do not have the time to create content, share, and engage online. We have an excellent staff that is trained to optimize your presence on the internet and make it work for you.
Do you provide the written content for the website?
No. However, our designer will give you detailed guidance on how and what to write for your website. We typically can help tweak any current copy to make it more effective. If you need the content written for your site, please inquire about our content writing fees.
I do not have good photos, will you provide it?
We always recommend going the more personal route and using custom brand photography; If you can't get custom photography, I will help you select the best possible stock images for your site. If you are local, we can also arrange a photoshoot for the website at an additional cost.
I already own my domain. Can you connect it?
You bet! Once the design is approved for launch, I will just need your login information or delegate access to your domain provider in order to connect it.
